This webinar will enable the therapist to understand the patient’s limitations and abilities in regards to their occupational tasks and hobbies.

The purpose of this webinar is to help Occupational Therapists who work in a range of settings:
- Identify simple hand conditions
- Wound management and scar treatment techniques
- Provide effective interventions for short or long term management
- Functional, off the shelf splints
- Simple exercise-based interventions
- Have knowledge of when to refer on for more specialised care
PRESENTER
Jennifer Mathias
Jennifer Mathias has specialised in Hand and Upper Limb rehabilitation for 25 years. She has cemented her knowledge by completing post graduate studies in Hand and Upper Limb Rehabilitation, participating in research projects, and being the co-author of medical journals.
Together with managing her large private practice, and continuing to maintain a clinical caseload, she also enjoys lecturing and doing presentations to Surgeons, Specialists, GP’s and graduating therapists.
