Self-leadership and self -management skills ensure we optimise our potential, whilst being able to maintain energy and vibrancy for both our professional and personal lives.
This is profoundly important for us as women, who are sometimes are expected to carry the emotional labour, both at work and at home.

Michelle Bihary is a mental health Occupational Therapist with over 30 years’ experience working and leading within public mental health and her own mental health clinical service.
Michelle’s training in self-leadership is relevant at whatever stage you are in your professional journey. It is an opportunity to consolidate skills highly foundational to your professional and/or leadership role. Michelle is highly passionate about ensuring professionals optimise their potential and perform at their peak. She understands the challenges of navigating the complex demands of the healthcare field.
Michelle applies research in self-leadership, leadership, neuroscience and psychology to ensure your professional journey is strengthened and aligned with your potential and wellbeing. Michelle is a master at sharing theoretically informed, but practical frameworks and strategies that can be implemented quickly and immediately provide tangible results. Her ability to engage with people and create psychological safety within a learning environment is what enables deep and rich learning.
Over the past decade, Michelle has been privileged to deliver training and facilitate powerful change to many workplaces, to over 30,000 professionals. She has shared the wisdom of many years in leadership roles and the practical knowledge of understanding how people create psychological and behavioural change informed by her mental health practice.
