Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) is the peak body representing occupational therapists in Australia, with 8000+ members nationally. We are a member service organisation, providing a range of support and benefits to our members including professional development, lobbying and advocacy, practice standards, events and networking and industry communications.

OTA is committed to increasing the profile and understanding of occupational therapy in the community.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer providing a wide range of professional and confidential executive administrative support. 

ABOUT YOU

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience in providing executive support and services.  You will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft products with high level skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word required.

You will have demonstrated skills and experience in displaying discretion and diplomacy and maintaining confidentiality.  

As part of the role you will be required to provide informed advice to people across the organisation, to association members and to external stakeholders and partners. You will be comfortable interacting on the phone or via email with a variety of stakeholders and be happy to go the extra mile to ensure achievement of high quality efficient operation of the executive office.
