DHAC: Progress Report - Implementation of the Recommendations of the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety

The report provides an objective and independent assessment by the Interim Inspector-General of Aged Care on progress of the implementation of the Royal Commission’s recommendations. It identifies progress against each recommendation, presents stakeholder views and initial observations.

Social Justice Groups: LGBTQIA+

OTs can provide inclusive and affirming care, address unique needs, and promote mental and physical well-being for LGBTQIA+ individuals. OTA members are eligible to join our social justice groups.

OTs provide culturally competent care, address diverse needs, and support inclusive practices in various healthcare settings. OTA members are eligible to join our social justice groups and contribute to culturally informed care.

Interest Groups

OTA membership allows you to explore national and state-based interest groups, student and early career community of practice, or national reference groups that help inform our advocacy work.

State and Territory Advisory Groups

State and Territory Advisory groups are advisory groups of OTA members from across states and territories to bring voice to local and state-based issues affecting occupational therapists and communities. Advisory groups provide pivotal intelligence to inform OTA of the opportunities, emerging issues, and changing landscape to enable OTA to be responsive to all of our members' needs, no matter where they reside.

Social Justice Groups

OTA members can be involved in Social Justice Groups that learn from lived experience to inform the profession and the association about safe and life affirming care.
