Purpose of the study: The research project aims to understand how often occupational therapists receive supervision, be that individual, group or peer supervision, how supervision is structured, what makes it “quality” and the perceived effectiveness of supervision.
Participation criteria: You can take part if you are a registered occupational therapist in Australia who has in their career received clinical supervision.
You will not be able to take part if you have never received supervision.
There are two components to this research study. You can participate in one or both. The two components are:
- A Survey that will be conducted online and will be anonymous that will take approximately 30minutes to complete.
- A focus group that will be conducted online and take approximately 60minutes.
