Occupational Therapy Australia and Realise Business are pleased to offer this business coaching course for Occupational Therapists. This course offers an online series of virtual learning and coaching that will educate OTs on best practice business principles. This will keep OTs up-to-date and relevant in the ever-changing business environment. This course provides relevant content and support for the growing private practice market.
A 6- month virtual learning and business coaching program delivered through live webinars and individual coaching sessions:

Module 1 – Financials
This module will give you the tools to create an annual plan that mentally prepares you to work with time- bound goals and set a track for greater success. You will learn how to set realistic financial objectives based upon marketplace challenges, business and personal financial needs.
Module 2 – Marketing
This module will give you the knowledge and tools to design an effective marketing plan for your business. Learn the importance of knowing your dream client, how to access your marketing efforts, develop a new marketing plan, and position your offer uniquely to stand out above competitors.
Module 3 – Client Experience
This module delves into your interactions with your clients at every touchpoint. You will learn a step-by-step guide of how to build value and educate clients on what makes your business the right choice for them.
Module 4 – Pricing for Profitability
Setting the right price helps you to maximise profits whilst maintaining a good relationship with your clients. This module will teach you how to develop an effective pricing strategy that can help you avoid the serious financial problems that can occur if your prices are too high or too low.
Module 5 – Creating a referral network
One of the key characteristics of high growth business is their strong relationship with client referrers. In this module, you’ll learn how to increase your referrers, and engage your current ones to drive a stream of continuous leads to your business.
Module 6 – Scheduling for profitability
Getting more clients is not always the answer to improving profitability. Your appointment book is the most valuable resource you have at hand. In this module, you will learn techniques to schedule for productivity and profitability.
