NDIS Compliance and the Price Guide – Getting it Right
Cut through the complexity of the Pricing Arrangements and get clear on the rules, risks, and requirements. This session will help you bill with confidence, stay compliant, and avoid costly mistakes.
Program Overview
Navigating the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) can be challenging, especially with ongoing updates, short notice changes and strict compliance requirements. This session will break down how to confidently use the Pricing Arrangements in everyday practice, highlight the rules you need to know, and unpack common billing mistakes that can put providers at risk. We’ll also explore the NDIA’s Compliance and Enforcement Framework, helping you understand how non-compliance is monitored and regulated - and what you can do to avoid it. Ideal for OTs wanting to strengthen their understanding of compliant billing and reduce audit anxiety.
What you’ll learn:
-
How to interpret and apply the Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (PAPL) correctly
-
Key pricing rules and compliance obligations under the NDIS
-
Common billing errors and how to avoid them
-
Insights into the NDIA’s Compliance and Enforcement Framework
