Earlier today an incorrect statement about the NDIS travel rate cut was posted in error on the OTA website. OTA is not aware of any proposed changes to the government’s intention to halve travel rates, per the recent Annual Pricing Review. The page has since been removed from our website. We apologise for any confusion that this has caused. OTA’s Chief Occupational Therapist Michelle Oliver met with Minister McAllister’s office yesterday and this morning and we continue to advocate in good faith to seek appropriate pay and conditions for OTs under the NDIS.
