Janine Langley (Pathways 2 Independence – OT and Director)
Presenter
Janine is an Occupational Therapist with over 37 years’ experience across many OT sectors. Janine worked within the workplace rehabilitation sector for over 25 years, being the National Quality Manager of a large National rehabilitation provider for over 10 years. Janine was also on the WorkSafe Clinical Panel, has lectured at Deakin university, and was on the ARPA Vic counsel for many years. She was recognised for her contribution to the Workplace rehabilitation industry in 2019, receiving the ARPA Vic President’s award. In 2021 Janine left the workplace rehabilitation industry and is now the director and owner of Pathways 2 Independence, a service supporting late diagnosed neurodivergent people. She also provides support and supervision for neurodivergent occupational therapists. Janine’s passion is to assist neurodivergent people to learn more about themselves, their needs, and the authenticity of who they are. She works with individuals to support them in making their own choices around how they wish to approach and interact with the environment and society around them.
