Non face-to-face (NF2F) billing is one of the most misunderstood areas of NDIS pricing—and one of the most scrutinised by the NDIA. This webinar is designed to help OTs clearly and confidently understand when NF2F billing is allowed, how to bill it correctly, and how to ensure invoices and Service Agreements reflect this work transparently and compliantly. We’ll break down the latest NDIA guidance, cover real-world examples, and give you practical tools to feel confident in your NF2F billing practices.
