The aim of this group is to provide regular sessions for members interested in using coaching as part of their practice, management skill set or general interest to connect nationally.

Mim Rhoda

Presenter

Mim Rodda is also a Paediatric OT who graduated from the University of Queensland in 2002. She has worked in metropolitan and rural settings in Australia and the United Kingdom and has worked for government, not-for-profit and private practice. She is passionate about ensuring our practice is evidence based and looking at the research is essential for this. She has presented at conferences and supervised students over her career and started the Podcast "Research and Reality" with her co-host Sarah Cavallaro.

Sarah Cavallaro

Presenter

Sarah Cavallaro is a paediatric occupational therapist who graduated from the University of Queensland in 2003. She has worked in a variety of paediatric settings (community, hospital and private practice) and opened her clinic, Exceptional Kids, in 2020. Exceptional Kids aims to be a haven for families looking for therapy partnerships and neurodiversity affirming practice. Sarah runs supervision groups for new and advanced clinicians and also hosts the podcast, "Research and Reality", with her colleague Mim Rodda.
