Travel and transport can be tricky territory in NDIS service delivery - and getting it wrong can have billing compliance and financial implications for providers. This practical webinar will break down the key differences between Transport and Provider Travel, when each can be billed, and what the NDIA will (and won’t) fund. We’ll walk through how to bill compliantly for both labour and non-labour components, and how to quote, negotiate, and clearly explain travel charges to participants.
