CHN Needs Assessment online consultation: Aged care, care across the continuum and digital health

Capital Health Network (CHN), through the ACT PHN Program, undertakes a regular ACT-wide Needs Assessment to identify health and service needs in the region and prioritise activities to address those needs, based on evidence and consultation. The first of three focus group consultations was held this week, focussing on four areas: aged care, care across the continuum, digital health and workforce.

For those that were unable to join a session you can still have a say on these key areas of health by completing the survey.  It is anonymous and will take less than 10 minutes to complete and you can share  the link with your networks.

ACT Children and Young People review

CHN is working with the Office for Mental Health and Wellbeing, MIEACT, Families ACT and Youth Coalition of the ACT on the ACT Children and Young Person Review into mental health and wellbeing.  The group is currently undertaking a landscape analysis of all current programs and services accessible in the ACT, but more importantly would like to hear the thoughts and experiences of the community.

Feedback is collected via three online questionnaires targeting specific groups, and would appreciate the thoughts of GPs and other health professionals on the current state of mental health and wellbeing (including prevention, education and services) for children and young people aged 0-25 years in the ACT.

To explore what has been discovered, a number of co-design workshops are scheduled, click on the workshop link to register:
