WA End-of-Life and Palliative Care Strategy 2018-2028 Implementation Plan One Now Available

Implementation Plan One 2020-2022 (IP1) of the WA End-of-Life and Palliative Care Strategy 2018-2028 (the Strategy) is now available following extensive consultation with the public and private inpatient community and aged care sectors, and community stakeholders.

IP1 supports a shared responsibility between all stakeholders to identify direction; plan and coordinate local initiatives; establish partnerships and work collaboratively; and find new and innovative ways to deliver world-class end-of-life and palliative care.
