New Bill Passed: Workers’ Compensation & Rehabilitation

Occupational Therapy Australia has received the following information from the Workers’ Compensation Policy and Services Office of Industrial Relations that may be of interest to you.

The Queensland Parliament has passed the Workers’ Compensation and Rehabilitation and Other Legislation Amendment Bill 2019, following the Education, Employment and Small Business Parliamentary Committee’s recommendation to Government on 8 October 2019 that the Bill be passed with no further changes.

A copy of the Bill as passed is available on the Queensland Parliament website.
