Seeking Feedback: Guidelines for Advertising a Regulated Health Service
The National Boards and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) are conducting a public consultation on the review of the Guidelines for advertising a regulated health service.
The guidelines were developed to explain the advertising requirements in the National Law and to help advertisers (including registered health practitioners) to meet these requirements and advertise responsibly. The review is to make sure the guidelines are as contemporary, relevant and effective as possible.
OTA will be making a submission to the consultation, and members are encouraged to view the consultation paper and draft revised guidelines available here.
Members are encouraged to send any feedback to inform OTA's submission to firstname.lastname@example.org by COB Monday 18 November 2019 or to independently complete the online response survey listed on AHPRA's website alongside the consultation paper and draft guidelines.
