The purpose of the lecture is to honour an occupational therapist who has made an outstanding and inspirational contribution to the profession in their area of practice, research, education or management. This honour is awarded by the Occupational Therapy Australia Board in recognition of the recipient’s high standing within the Australian occupational therapy profession.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be:
- An Australian resident; and
- A current and continuous member of Occupational Therapy Australia for at least five years.
Assessment Criteria
- The nominee has developed a body of academic knowledge which has made an outstanding contribution and Impact to the occupational therapy profession including practice, education or research in Australia or internationally.
