During this recorded session you will hear from Lorrae on what inspired her to write the book and how it can be used to support clinical practice and personal adaptation to the restrictions and changes in health care delivery the current Covid-19 virus pandemic has caused.

Lorrae is a Melbourne-based occupational therapist and PhD candidate with Monash University. She has worked in a variety of adult mental health settings in Australia, Canada and the UK.
