OTA response to Dr Golly & The Experts Podcast
Occupational Therapy Australia is aware of recent conversations on the “Dr Golly and The Experts” podcast, where Em Rusciano shared her lived experience relating to her son’s therapy.
We are deeply committed as a profession to a practice focused on recognising and valuing individual differences and accepting and supporting people to live as their authentic true selves.
Over 1,000 occupational therapists are currently assembled in Cairns at our national conference, where we are sharing knowledge and evidence based practice, and hearing from people with lived experience about neurodiversity affirming practice.
