About the survey  

WorkSafe is seeking feedback on the current equipment prescription and supply process for injured workers and invites prescribing therapists to participate in a short survey.  

Who should complete the survey? 

If you have experience providing Activities of Daily Living assessments or equipment prescription assessments for WorkSafe Victoria.  

What will the results be used for?  

WorkSafe are seeking to improve the usability of the contracted equipment list to support streamlined and timely equipment supply for injured workers. The information will help inform improvements needed to current WorkSafe processes and guidance materials.
