Annual General Meetings

The Occupational Therapy Australia 2022/23 Annual General Meeting will be held via zoom on Thursday 23 November 2023 at 5pm AEDT. 

All relevant documents for the upcoming meeting, such as the Agenda, approved Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting (AGM), and the Annual Report for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2023, complete with Financial Statements, can be accessed below.

Occupational Therapy Australia encourages members to review the documentation. Given the use of a virtual platform for this meeting, OTA will respond to questions that were lodged by via email at memberservices@otaus.com.au  to enable a comprehensive response to be provided at the AGM.  

Should further questions be asked at the AGM these will be taken on notice and answers will be uploaded onto the AGM webpage within 2 weeks of the AGM.  

Appointment of Proxies 

A Voting Member may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote at a general meeting on the Voting Member’s behalf. Nomination of a proxy must comply with the constitution. Forms of proxy must be lodged via email to memberservices@otaus.com.au, by Thursday 16 November 2023.
