Annual General Meetings

The Occupational Therapy Australia 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held via zoom on Tuesday 19 November 2024 at 5.00pm AEDST.

The papers for the meeting including the agenda, approved Minutes of the previous AGM and the Financial Statement for year ending 30 June 2024  are available as downloads below.

Occupational Therapy Australia encourages members to review the documentation. 

Given the use of a virtual platform for this meeting OTA will respond to questions that are lodged by via email at info@otaus.com.au before 5:00pm AEDST on Thursday 14 November to enable a comprehensive response to be provided at the AGM. 

Should further questions be asked at the AGM these will be taken on notice and answers will be uploaded onto the AGM webpage within 2 weeks of the AGM.

Appointment of Proxies

A Voting member may appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote at a general meeting on the Voting Member’s behalf. Nomination of a proxy must comply with the constitution. Forms of proxy must be lodged via email to info@otaus.com.au by 5.00pm (AEDST) Thursday 14 November 2024.
