Launch of Autism CRC's new National Practice Guideline Resources

Last week, OTA’s Michelle Oliver attended the launch of Autism CRC's new National Practice Guideline Resources. 

This event marked the official launch of the following:

• Supporting Autistic Children and Their Families: Short Course
• Supporting Autistic Children and Their Families: elearning Lecture and Activity
• National Guideline for the Assessment and Diagnosis of Autism In Australia (2nd edition)

Michelle enjoyed the opportunity to engage with the Autism CRC staff and Board as well as the Hon. Amanda Rishworth MP, Minister for Social Services, and the Assistant Minister for Autism, Emily Bourke.

OTA was honoured to be invited to the launch and are pleased to be partnering with Autism CRC to make these resources available nationwide and encourages all OTs to explore them.

OTA is now offering a new short course aligned with the National Guideline for supporting the learning, participation, and wellbeing of autistic children and their families in Australia.  Visit the OTA website for more information.
