MEMBER SESSION: FEDERAL ELECTION CAMPAIGN

SESSION OVERVIEW

Ahead of the next federal election, OTA is working to ensure that the key issues facing our members and the profession are on the agenda for any incoming government. We’ve developed a Federal Election Statement—a high-level document highlighting critical areas that will shape our messaging to major parties and empower members to support our advocacy. The Statement is informed by input from our National Reference Groups (NRGs), OTA submissions, known government platforms, and feedback from our recent Advocacy and Policy Agenda survey.

Members are invited to attend OTA’s Federal Election Forum on 30 October. The forum will seek your feedback on the Statement and outline our approach for the upcoming election.
