Join OTA’s Federal Election Forum – Your Input Matters

As we approach the 2025 Federal Election, Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) is committed to ensuring that the key issues affecting our profession and members are a priority for any incoming government.

We have developed a high-level Federal Election Statement that outlines critical areas of focus. This Statement will shape our messaging to political parties and equip and empower you to support our advocacy efforts. The statement has been informed by input from our National Reference Groups, OTA submissions, known government platforms, and your feedback from the recent Advocacy and Policy Agenda survey.

Members are encouraged to join us at OTA’s Federal Election Forum on Wednesday, 30 October 2024, at 12 – 1.30 pm AEST. The forum will be an opportunity to provide feedback on the Federal Election Statement and learn more about our approach to advocacy leading up to the election.
